Job Description
We are looking to immediately hire a Sales Support Associate for our Manila or Cebu Office. Our company sells portfolio and e-commerce to SMEs, Government, and large corporations. \This position will require you to report to our office every day, so the position is not open to work-from-home. We have a good reputation and credibility in the industry and have an extensive portfolio of corporate clients. You will be taking calls and responding to emails, thereby promoting and offering our services.
Job details:
- Able to learn in a fast-growing environment and get a good understanding what the company and its services are all about
- Be in communication with Busines Analysts for getting project costings
- Taking calls from clients enquiring about our Portfolio and E-commerce websites
- Responding to inquiries from emails or our social media accounts.
- Providing written quotations for websites
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- You must have at least some working experience in selling portfolio and e-commerce.
- Excellent customer service must be provided at all times.
- Must have a good working attitude.
- Must be highly trainable/willing to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
